RECIPE BY THE JOYFUL COOK
INGREDIENTS FOR NIGERIAN BEEF SUYA
- 3 tablespoons of ground ginger
- 11/2 tablespoons of garlic
- 11/2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of maggi
- 123 grams of kuli kuli
- 2 teaspoons of Cameroon pepper (or to taste)
- 6 calabash nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
METHOD 1:
- I used beef chicken steak and sirloin steak.
- To marinate the beef I used corn oil, garlic, ginger and salt.
METHOD 2:
- Use beef ribs
- To marinate it I used coconut oil, 1 maggi and 2 tablespoons suya spice.
