Nigerian beef suya, recipe

RECIPE BY THE JOYFUL COOK

INGREDIENTS FOR NIGERIAN BEEF SUYA 

  • 3 tablespoons of ground ginger
  • 11/2 tablespoons of garlic
  • 11/2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of maggi
  • 123 grams of kuli kuli
  • 2 teaspoons of Cameroon pepper (or to taste)
  • 6 calabash nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

METHOD 1:

  • I used beef chicken steak and sirloin steak.
  • To marinate the beef I used corn oil, garlic, ginger and salt.

METHOD 2:

  • Use beef ribs
  • To marinate it I used coconut oil, 1 maggi and 2 tablespoons suya spice.
