Lema’s book, How to Work for Yourself, is a simple, insightful and fascinating read. When the book was delivered to my home on an early Saturday afternoon, I did not let up my foot from the reading pedal until four chapters later.
As a leadership consultant, I could not help but notice the intentional use of the word “leader” throughout the text. Lema’s book, more than just an inspiration on know how to work for yourself, is in truth, a leadership book. It is a book that invites the reader on a journey of self-guidance into a life of his or her own dreams. A life in which you take your seat in the cockpit of your own life and pilot yourself into your desired future.
Author Lema, walks the reader through her intriguing 20-year personal journey in entrepreneurship. Additionally, she challenges the reader with the stories of other great men and women who have walked the talk too. I believe this book has a very global appeal. It makes no difference whether you live in Bangkok, Thailand or Atlanta, Georgia; Bamenda, Cameroon or London, UK. The principles discussed in this book are universal.
Though this book is actually written to ignite the spirit of entrepreneurship, Lema covers this subject from a fairly unbiased perspective. I recommend that you READ this book:
