It’s been a heated and passionate discussion from both sides; between supporters of the late Gaddafi’s regime and those who rejoiced when it ended. In this article, we are bringing perspectives from both sides. Please note that the information you are about to read is not DUNIA written material, but thoughts of individuals.
Pro Gaddafi

Kaddafi is dead…I had predicted that in order to legitimize his assassination in the public eye, he was going to be muddied; and this has come to pass. Over the last several days the dominant media has filled airwaves with nothing but lies. How many of them know anything about life in Libya under Kaddafi?
Well, inform yourselves and stop believing in the lies spewing from the propaganda machines. Herewith are some of the “extremely devastating” conditions in which the people under the rule of martyred tyrant Kaddafi lived:
Like in Venezuela, petrol served a purpose. The ineffective Kaddafi wanted to elevate Africa beyond need and corruption from the West. He wanted to create a single African currency based on Gold, called the Gold Dinar.
Something else you may not know, without a doubt, witnesses who incriminated Kaddafi for the Lockerbie incident acknowledged in 2009, that the American government paid out 4 million dollars as a “thank you” for their testimony. Where are they today?
The July 1st 2001 rally at the Green Square in Tripoli against bombings by OTAN – Organisation du traité de l’Atlantique Nord (also known as NATO) brought together 1.7 million people, i.e. about 95% of the population of the capital city and ⅓ of the Libyan population!!
Kaddafi always walked around freely and often without body guards, a sure sign that he was hated by the population…certainly. Oh yes…Libya has zero debt!
There will be no talk about the actions of the Rothschild family against the financial interests of the new Libyan central bank (newly established after Kaddafi’s reign).
It is time that you cease acting as accomplices for the murder of over 30,000 people, and the dissemination of false propaganda … you are being manipulated. Ask yourself some good questions; are there private commercial interests at stake? If yes, who stands to benefit? If not, then you are really naïve.
Against Gaddafi
